Pulsars on the 9 & X25 today

Bob

Caught the X25 twice today,  first the short working stafford to rugeley four passengers end to end, coupled with sitting in milford for ten minutes waiting for time.  Then the rugeley to lichfield section had a max of six passengers end to end. The driver reckoned it wont last, that the road works would probably kill it dead before the patronage levels do. Suppose time will tell

Bob

The roadworks could be a factor in it too. Their on for 6 months.  Driver said theyve allocated the same running time end to end as 825. Plus 825 is now avoiding the roadworks by leaving a different way from stafford

There's no proof that the roadworks will kill it off before its begun. January being the quietest month is fact, but were all just wasting our time, you'll still slag off Arriva regardless

Bob

Yea cos youd really be impressed with an express that took the same time as the normal route for six months. ......areyyou sleeping with a director or something?  Jesus. Either that or your in love with arriva.!

Bob,why don't you lay off Arriva for a bit?
Not only are you becoming very repetitive but you are fast losing any credibility you may have once had.
Don't just slate me off in your reply......that would merely be predictable.

Bob

Im pointing out that an express service that a few weeks after its launch is affected for six months by roadworks,  causing it to take broadly the same time end to end as the non express ( which is avoiding by and large the roadworks) is possibly not going to be very successful. I wouldnt say thats slating arriva. It might not be successful if a better operator ran it either. ..
