Title: Running costs of a bus

Hiya, I am looking for information on keeping a bus on the road for non public use, tax, insurance , mot, servicing, tank of diesel , I am thinking Dennis dart type vehicle , I am looking at the fisablity of one for use as a drivers rest room. Any information would be appreciated thanks.

I found this (http://"https://imgur.com/a/5kRHp") table inside a PDF on gov.uk, so it looks like it'll depend on the amount of seats for how much tax you have to pay. You can also find the information on the maximum MOT costs here (http://"https://www.gov.uk/getting-an-mot/mot-test-fees"), but obviously that'll exclude the cost of any repairs needed for it to pass. For insurance, I'm not sure where you can go for that, but I'd guess it's best to talk to some owners of preserved buses, as they should be able to assist you.

I remember Tony once mentioned it costs like £100,000 a year to run a bus although that was commercially speaking.
