The driver of the car was arrested, and vehicle was untaxed. Nor sure what happened to cause the incident.

The was a lorry parked delivering to Iceland and the car driver has tried to beat the bus. They also found drug paraphernalia on the car driver.

There's been a fire at Stagecoach's Cowley Road depot in Cambridge.
No reported injuries and all employees were evacuated.

Stagecoach South 19161.

The driver saw a 12' bridge sign, had the kids tell him that it wouldn't fit (on a full school bus) and yet decided that he would give it a go?

A lot of the injuries seems to have been averted by the children realising what was about to happen and bracing themselves for impact.

A second bus has been decapitated today, this time in central Bristol.  The bus is LR52 BLK which was in the First West of England fleet as fleet number 32231 until last December.  It hit a bridge in Frogmore Street - a street that hasn't had a bus service for at least 70 years, so what it was doing there is anybody's guess.

Wasn't a good day yesterday, you can add a Gemini on fire in Leicestershire to the mix also.
