A Banga Solo is being towed away to somewhere, the bus looked like it had an engine fire because it has black burns at the back. Don't know the reg plate, it quickly passed my bus on Wolverhampton Road.

Probably was an engine fire, these Solo's are a little prone to fires.

Name a solo you have actually seen on Fire, now name how many press reports of Solo fires you have seen? I can think of one recently, the Arriva The Shires one, now divide the number of solos in the country by the number of fires you can name and see what number you get

Two of those are the same incident and that makes 2 this year, now divide by the number in service and see if they are common
When I said prone I meant they catch fire often because a lot of news stories I see are Solo's but they are definitely not as prone as Tridents, everyone knows how prone they are.

"yellow and blue bus" lol

In other news: http://metro.co.uk/2015/05/29/100-people-help-lift-bus-off-trapped-unicycle-rider-in-london-5220530/?ito=facebook

Whilst very unusual, and frankly, wild, it was a great act of humanity - props to those who helped, and I hope the unicyclist recovered well.

Are buses still required to carry a jack for use in situations like this?

A hybrid suffered rear end damage after another vehicle collided with it and then made off. This happened on Harborne High street. I didn't note the fleet number.

Looks like this was 5516 as it has a new bonnet minus its recently acquired name and the branding advert. 5516 has also been missing the branding to the upper deck windscreen for quite a while so looks like it's had one or two mishaps.
