Is this the current location of the first batch (4125-4224) of Tridents dating from 2001? The withdrawn/reserve fleet locations may not be right and I'm assuming 4130/80-81 are all at YW, I have 4164 as reserve ex-WA:

BC = 4148/66/72/76-77/79/83 (7)
CV = 4142/44/90/4203-4/6-23 (23)
PN = 4147/85/98 (3)
WA = 4125/27/54/57/61 (5)
WN = 4132-37/39/50/52-53/60/63/68 (13)
YW = 4130/80-81 (3)
Training Fleet = 4129/31 (2)

Withdrawn/Reserve = 4126(??r)/4140(MS)/4141(MSr)/4143(MSr)/4145(MSr)/4146(MSr)/4149(MSr)/4151(MS)/4155(??r)/4159(MS)/4162(MSr)/4164(??r)/4167(??r)
4169(WN)/4170(MSr)/4171(MS)/4173(??r)/4186(MS)/4187(MS)/4189(MS)/4193(PN)/4194(PN)/4195(PN)/4196(PN)/4197(MS)/4201(MS) (26)

Scrapped/sold (18) :
4174/4188/4199 sold to Trevor Wigley for scrap 1/18
4158/4175/4200/4224 sold to Trevor Wigley for scrap 12/17
4128/4138/4156/4165/4182/4184/4191 sold to PVS, Barnsley for scrap 9/17
4192 donated to Coventry (City) College 9/17
4202/4205 sold to PVS, Barnsley for scrap 8/17
4178 sold to PVS, Barnsley for scrap 12/16

4126; 4155; 4164  are parked at Walsall
4167 is still in service at Walsall
4173 is parked at Pensnett

Thanks for the updates (will amend my notes) - seems CV has the largest collection of the early batch including all the remaining 42xx ones. I assume 4201 isn't coming back.

Morning are any of these earlier vehicles in service on a Sunday on the WN/WA/PN routes?

Thanks,

Dave

Ah, that's where i'm obviously not up to speed unlike the knowledgeable Trident 4194. All WN vehicles are compliant for WN in September.

Is Wolverhampton going to be a Euro 3 zone?
Solihull is currently Euro 3 isn't it?

That's great news. Apologies I don't know where all the locations these stupid rules are being applied to

I don't think the rules are stupid, but I agree it's a little disappointing when types are barred from a Euro zone. I was disappointed when B'ham went Euro 3 in Jan 2013, meant the Presidents, Merc's, B10's and B6's were barred.

When we leave the EU does this mean the euro rules will no longer apply?

Nope. We're not just gonna reverse all EU laws that apply in this country. The most likely outcome will be that all EU law will be transferred into British law, as it's going to be a legislative nightmare if we don't. I don't want to risk this thread descending into political ramblings, so let's just leave it on that the Euro emissions rules will still apply, and possibly even newer standards could also be introduced here, but someone more knowledgable in the industry would be able to tell you more.

Any views/comments are my own and do not reflect those of my employer.
