Well that didn't last long, 1932, 7019, 7020 (my ride home this evening) and 7023 all on the 37 today.

I'm probably having a mind-blank, but what didn't last long?

Ah, I only just noticed Stu's post on the previous page - cheers John

Stu

Actually, I meant having only 37-branded Omnilinks on the 37! ;)

Does anyone know why 2106 was sitting at Swanshurst lane (heading towards Kings Heath 11C side) at around 3:35 this afternoon. Never seen a Wright Eclipse round there. It had nothing on the display as well and had its hazards on with no interior lights on either. Was it about to do some extra 11 service maybe?

Maybe waiting to take up duties on the Outer Circle

Stu

Might have just been broken down, if the hazard lights were on. Or could have been ready for a 'bus-swap', if another 11 was due that needed to be replaced?

Around that time of day, extra workings on the 11C (as 11Es to Kings Heath) start from Archbishop Ilsley school on Victoria Road in Acocks Green.

Dangerous stuff is canteens. Can I recommend a steak and salad? Avoid fat.

One thing Daimler Mercedes Benz are good at is producing excellent Diesel engines, I do miss the sound of the 0405n for all its faults you couldn't knock that 12 litre engine.

Sounds good but a bit like a heart attack on a plate...
