i notice 6144 has now been debranded no doubt 45/56 will follow if not done already
6146 is still branded for the Outer Circle at present, its on the 11C.

I also noticed 1937 on the Soho Road 74 service earlier, so that might be something to do with there now being less suitable double decks at WB as well?

Just visited the Acocks Green village and 11 brandeds are everywhere.People asking why does the 11 go birmingham now to people asking to go erdington. They just hop on the 4 thinking their on the 11 and welcome to city centre. I think if the branding gets removed it will make life easier for passengers.
I find it hard to believe anyone would be that silly, they don't even stop anywhere near each other in Acocks Green. There is a destination display on the front and side.
Local Routes
94/95, 11A/11C, 28.

I think most people do, otherwise you wouldn't get anywhere.

Find a bus and just get on. So I just board the X8 to Wolverhampton instead of getting 55/94 to Ward End, that would make no sense.

I think you're exaggerating. Branded vehicles appear on other routes all the time and I never see it causing any confusion to passengers. The 4 and the 11 don't even use the same stops in Acocks Green village.

The Bromford Lane 11A side traffic is stretching back from the Bromford Motorway Bridge to Ward End, St Margarets Road junction this evening, this might be part of the reason the 11 has been split i'm suspecting, as the buses get stuck so it must be making the service very unreliable.
And probably why the 11 has been split at Erdington. With the Bromford Bridge, Ward End & Yardley section has its own service.

Also high B7TL presence on the 11 today.

Needs to be some sort of bus priority measures/bus lanes through the East of the city so services can run reliably I think.

CAZ to blame!  The branded MMCs have been appearing on the 4/A for the past few weeks.

The main reason the 11A/C has been altered this way is because of traffic congestion caused by the roadworks in Perry Barr.

Of course there are other traffic issues around the route, not just in Bromford. The LTN scheme in Kings Heath is creating additional traffic congestion along Vicarage Road, as another example.
