Are you sure WB's are ZF? I thought they were all Voith. I may be wrong but I think the only ZF box available in the E200 is the automated manual.
Well it sounded ZF & not voith but it was a while ago that is why I said some are ZF geared I haven't really travelled on any of the other garages E200's only the BC ones. Apart from the WB one I mentioned earlier maybe there is a couple of ZF's mixed in for variety, I have travelled on enough metro's, lynx's and the low floor variants to know the difference between Voith & ZF geared buses. I may have misheard the gearing, I personally prefer voith geared buses myself 3 speed or 4 speed

I know the Walsall ones are voith, it says voith on the side of the neutral button

Liberator9

They are all Voith - the new E200MMCs are Voith as well. Good job as well - you'd know if it's a ZF as it's a manual style change - from what I've heard not good for stop start running in slow traffic.

When the new buses  enter service let's hope they space
them out so they have the new every 15 mins rather than all at
once

Why, no-one is going to the time and effort to do something as stupid and pointless as that. Your ordinary passenger will catch the first bus that comes and will have the same chance of catching a new one whether they are all together or spread through the running boards

You could extend that logic to all routes

Update on the Acocks Green Warwick Road diversions: Cllr John O'Shea reported on Facebook yesterday that due to a delay in the works, the one-way system will be lifted today (Saturday) so buses will be running normal routes. However tomorrow, Warwick Road will be closed in both directions until about 2pm between Shirley Road and Sainsburys, so the 37 will be diverted to and from city.
The one-way system will then be restored on Monday evening, to allow the remainder of the works to be completed on schedule, and normal traffic flow will resume on Tuesday morning.

What routes are the new E200 MMC's going to be first put on??? As I tend to use the 72 as this runs by where I live & use it to get to town or Chelmsley Wood be nice to see them on the 71/72 in the coming months although I will miss the B7RLE's and the Scania's a little, tiny bit.   ;D ::)

This is the 'price branded' version of the single deck livery, 2206 is the first finished

Looks good to me, I wonder what the 37 and the 71/72 branding would look like.

Is it just me or when you look at the front, does it look a bit like an Omnilink?
Pensnett is my local garage. Favourite bus of all time is Fleetline 6360 (KON 360P).

domino.99

Oh wow, thats actually really quite impressive, may only be ticket branding but fair play NX.

These look tiny when next to an Omnilink.

Liberator9

They do look a bit more midi bus when compared to an Omnilink - would prefer a bit of a longer raised up section at the rear of the E200MMCs by the looks of it! Amazed how they have 45 seats, as opposed to the Omnilink's 43. @MW Any chance of getting to drive one soon?
