Your average ADL vehicle then?  ;)

It's AGs first ADL. Used to the Wrights and Scanias standards lol, personally, as unlikely as it is, I hope NX completely rejects them and annuals the ADL deal. Complete sheds, luckily I'm on the Outer Circle and will hardly drive them, but just having to look at them in the mornings, no thanks lol.

Least somebody on here still talks sense lol :)

They sound pretty poor - what is it with ADL and shoddy E200s. Actually rather the 37 was getting E400MMCs - a high amount of Geminis on the 37 today and found it much better than the crowded Scanias used on the route - 37 would benefit from double decks really. The E400MMCs are very good - so why ADL have clearly made a mess of the E200MMCs is just bizarre.

YW are having problems with their MMCs mechanically too. As of last week anyway.

Yeah 4508 was one of the ones on the 37 today. I find it really bizarre seeing 4508, 4515 or 4516 around here. Just instinct I suppose, always makes me think what's a Perry Barr Gemini doing here?!

Haha - is a bit weird seeing 4508 on the 37 - I have faith the E400MMCs issues can be resolved soon and just teething issues (I hope!) - the E200s just sound shoddily put together. I would be happier though if the E400MMCs were on the Scania chassis, considering Scania chassis are good quality.

Some Volvo B5TLs ones would be nice but you'd still have the crap build quality unfortunately. I'd quite like some new Wright deckers, although I'm aware of their mixed reviews lol

monkeyjoe

If they turn out to be crap they will probably end up on the 94.

You guys are blessed with some early Geminis aren't you? I'd consider that a good thing!

Liberator9

The Geminis on the 94 are decent buses - wouldn't mind them round by me - currently stuck with Optares... The E400MMCs seem pretty solid - better than previous E400s/200s. The Wright Streetdecks with the Volvo B5TL are meant to be good - the integral one with the Daimler engine are ok - but underpowered, so struggle at times up hills. Actually similar to the Mercedes engine Optare SRs round by me which are poor at getting up hills.

I think @monkeyjoe would prefer some new cheap plastics.

Presumably "Mr Stagecoach" gets the better quality buses he makes!

I wonder what'll be in AG on Saturday...

3225 already dumped in the depot.

What else.

Stu

Another 10 minute wait for a 37 this morning according to the NX app (about 8:20am), lucky for me the 31 was due so I got that instead. Any problems in Solihull at the moment? As the 37s normally run like clockwork every 5 minutes that time of morning?

My locals:
2 - Birmingham to Maypole | 3 - Birmingham to Yardley Wood
11A/C - Birmingham Outer Circle | 27 - Yardley Wood to Frankley
76 - Solihull to Northfield | 169 - Solihull to Kings Heath
