Maybe they were withdrawn so that they could be refurbed/repainted before re-entering service?
We'll get rid of your bus to Wolves and replace it with one to Walsall instead.......... Oh the joy of a Network Review. -_-

The last reinstatement was 561 a few months back, which ones do you think they have? Just check the picture of that vehicle on the main site and it will give you the full history and whether it has been reinstated at any time

597 didn't last long in service at WA and since been withdrawn, there are a number of ex PE B6LE's in reserve stored at WA now I believe

See WA & PE could still operate a few B6LE to increase frequency also becuase they don't have to operate to Birmingham of some routes instead of using them as reserves ::),

An have PB ever had a B6LE becuase at the moment service 651 has had a trident, gemini operate on that route which is completly a waste of time

What would the purpose of an increased frequency gain??

winston

PE still has an allocation of approx 17 x B6LE (subject to any further withdrawals in April) & WA has an allocation of approx 32 B6LE (however, this may/will reduce as the ex AG B10L's enter service).

The ex PE B6LE @ WA are stored there out of use, they may even be used for spares in time

PB has recently have had the odd B6LE on loan to cover for Optare Solo's but don't remember them ever having an allocation

Couldnt PB have a fixed allocation for the 654 & 651 from WA/PE when they get withdrawn ???

Correction, I've still got 16 x B6LE @ PE up to the March fleet changes (622 is withdrawn @ WA which was the 17th) i.e. 502, 508, 510, 544, 553, 554, 581, 583, 596, 598, 600, 601, 606, 617, 620 & 677 (16), I'm guessing TWM liveried 617 is another one to go, any idea of the 3 withdrawn to make 13?

I've also got 48 Mercs, so another was withdrawn after 1522 & 1580 went

Thanks for those Pete!

I'm not 100% sure on 600, I think if you look at that one it has the new blue seats (as B10L refurbs) but the moquette is the orignal style dark blue with the red fleck, it may well have been refurbished at some point

583, 606 and 617 are showing as SORN on VOSA so these should be the 3 that have been withdrawn.

Think that leaves 600 as the only one which hasn'y been retrimmed?
