Hpw long dyou reckon before the bloxwich to wednesfield section of the 19 gets axed?

They will keep it anyway running it at a loss! The only Arriva route in Wolverhampton that can get busy is the 10 especially at Peak Time (Guess thats why Arriva are restarting on the Sunday Service to compete against NX). Sunday loadings on the 10 are quite busy being hourly

What about the routes to Cannock 70 and the Bridgnorth Routes ?. I noticed today the 70 picked up quite a few passangers, wasn't paying attention to the 890/981 though

I can see it possibly lasting, if not around XMAS, but the loadings are not great, a single could easily cope on the 19, unless its busy around peak hours?

Only time it gets busy is when the OAP's go to/from the Shopping areas (Wednesfield/W'ton/Bloxwich and some peak time journeys (Saw a packed 2208 the other day)

I would have put the E200's on the 19 along with refurbed/Arriva livered Darts

I'd put the Solos on there, and MPDs if needed

I say E200's as they create a better impression being newr buses and you don't want an Arriva bus one day and an Ex Midland (Red livered) bus another as it becomes confusing. One of the Marshall bodied darts hasn't even had its Midland logos removed!

Repaint the Solos :) and I haven't seen the Marshall Darts in a while, last time I saw one was when I rode one on the 229 back in mid-July

Ive always thought new route i.e 19 and a new buses or newset buses for that route to give it a good impression. If that company has new buses

At least they have those 12-plate Enviro200s, and the 61-plate VDLs at Cannock. An operator like Arriva perhaps can't afford to buy new vehicles en masse like NXWM can
