Why ? The 68 largely required full size single deckers.  It has gone from those, to that. So it isnt over the top. Unless you think its great that patronage has obviously deteriorated?

I thought it was in the reserve fleet I could be wrong though.  Ive seen 4716 at Tamworth recently
