National Express West Midlands / B7RLE Breakdowns
July 27, 2013, 02:09:11 AM
Following this thread:
http://wmbusphotos.com/forum/index.php?topic=535.360
And Although I have not been through all of it I was wondering about B7RLE Breakdowns
I stating in a post some time ago which I can't remember now that I thought the B7RLE were reliable, and I also said I thought they would continue so and be a reckoning force in the fleet for some time to come can you prove me wrong? I have yet to be or witness a B7RLE breakdown personally so is this just luck or what?

Following on from a post a member stated their interest in preserving a bus currently on fleet strength. I was just wondering what bus would be a fav presevation project for recently withdrawn/currently being withdrawn NX buses
Also I ask if in fact there is any info/interest in anyone preserving any of the Optare Excells recently withdrawn, the Volvo B6's most of which now withdrawn and in particular the Optare Spectra's. Is there any movement on anything been preserved?
Forgive me if I'm speaking out of turn but surely something must be going on with 4001, I'ts been off the road for ages but still at WN surely whatever is wrong with it does not take that long to fix?
I have a hunch 4001 has a destiny, but what? and with whom???
Personally given the time money & opportunity 1501 would be my option but also 7084/6 surely would be a rare & unique project and an L960 would be interesting as I don't think anyone will do one of them but imagine seen one in 20 years time people would say 'oh yes I remember them (just about  ;D)

National Express West Midlands / Taking Bus Photo's
July 20, 2012, 11:01:34 PM
Hi I'm after a new camera (one that will be good for taking bus pics obviously) only not sure which one to invest in. I'm no pro so just a simple point and shoot jobby with a decent zoom which is good at taking pictures 'on the move' will do and I don't want to spend loads of cash (Budget 100-200GBP) Currently have a finepix300 which is ok but the distortion is terrible. I would appreciate any info/advice to assist with my purchase!!

National Express West Midlands / Karma
July 03, 2012, 10:22:09 PM
Although I disagree with Karma (all be it a bit of fun which personally I do not care what my rating is) along with other on-line stats such as ebay feedback, reviews (which can be the same reviewer reviewing the same s**t firm in a positive manner under a different i.d) I have noticed recently that certain peoples -Karma have been re-set to default
Would anyone agree with me that while the said person/persons can re-set their Karma they can still apply justified/unjustified Karma onto other users? I'm not saying they will...but they could and so I would suggest the same rule should apply to everyone where Karma should not be influenced and once given remain unchanged. Afterall no Karma + or - is justified as it is just an opinion and most I would say is unjustified in any case. Friends will praise friends, enemys revoke enemys!

The Archive / Posting a new topic!
May 18, 2012, 07:14:28 PM
I Swear I made a new topic last night in relation to NXWM livery only I can't find it anywhere. My question is a) has it been removed? b) does it need to be approved first thus a delay? c) did I not actually manage to post it for some reason?
