Late afternoon two 28s come together into Cov station to drop off JLR workers. Trouble is there are only 3 stops here and they cannot cope with the 28s aswell. Causes all sorts of bus and car traffic backing up. One for the management to sort out.
Note that the former DeCourcey JLR services dropped off elsewhere.

How long does it take for a couple of buses to drop off? NX will be doing what it says in their contract.

It is not just drop off time, they seem to sit there for a while afterwards. The bus stop flags do not show a 28 service.

That'll be because it's a private service not available to the general public (and not registered), same as the Cap Gemini service in Birmingham.
Local Routes
94/95, 11A/11C, 28.

Yep understand that. So therefore should the 28 drop off where Decourcey used to and away from the general public services? This would avoid the congestion and avoid the registered buses being forced to pull up at the other stops. Confusion for passengers and unhappy bus drivers.
