Wonder  if any other buses have been sold yet apart from the 4 deckers

Decourcey has been a ticking time bomb for a while, they have no assets left as they've already been re-financed.

See their accounts:
https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/01360645/filing-history

They've been on downward spiral since losing the JLR contract to NX & with Covid-19 on top that, have since lost all their NX coach work which employed 29 coaches and provided regular turnover / cash flow & profit.
It has been reported they declined NX work offered when the services restarted.

Any idea who will be running the coaches now then?

I think he is referring to NXWM 4565-4584, as they were originally built for Stagecoach. It'll probably be difficult to find out where they were intended for though.

Didn't someone allude to this in the NX oddities thread, as someone flagged a Stagecoach drivers seat on an NX vehicle?

It was @StourValley98 who had mentioned it, though, oddly, not one from the mentioned batch (4565-84)

It could've easily have been removed from one of that batch, and put into 4530, I guess.

Any views/comments are my own and do not reflect those of my employer.

In MDCs yard there are about a dozen deckers and 556 seeable. Also a few HGV trailers and what looks like a new unreg Volvo coach across the other side.

Is anyone keeping a list of where everything is going?

As far as I'm aware it's just the four Tridents that have already been acquired (they are now 128-131 at TGB)

The Volvo / ALX400 were very nice to drive at Decourcey. ZF box is far superior to Voith on B7TLs.

Does anyone know what happened to the evolutions?

Sandy Lane

Too far away to see the reg but I'm pretty sure one of them is now an Arriva driver training bus in new livery. Saw it in Coventry today not far from the old MDC depot.
