Tony

Is that the one Colas have just bought and moved to Rugby?

Isle of Stroma

Tony's right! The photo was taken today from outside Colas's premises at Rugby. I understand it is 37421 although it carries no number.

Is it the old branch line by Longbridge Station? (Was it Frankley line? I can not remember)

I remember reading about it on a website last year.

nice one john.. It must be the original line that served the car factory and (many years ago) went down to the Gt western at Halesowen, (Closed c 1963,) and the car factory access in the mid nineties.

I thought the picture looked familiar, and I remembered the factories behind were the old BL/Rover plant. It is Halesowen Junction (http://www.photobydjnorton.com/HalesowenRailwayInColour.html 3rd pic from bottom)

I remember now, the Halesowen line. This was the website I was looking at
