Have seen a few old episodes of Boon this week and on most episodes a wmpte metro bus makes it in to view as he rides his motorbike. I think the metro bus aged much better than the TV series.

Agree. I caught am old episode last week, can't believe I used to love that show! If I remember the last couple of series were filmed in Nottingham rather than Birmingham as Central TV moved it to their then newish studios there, so any buses in view will be different in those series!

something a little different.....was watching one of BBC4's repeats of Top of the Pops from March 1983 which I'd recorded. Up pops the first video from Paul Weller's then new band the Style Council, in which Weller and the gang take a winter trip to the countryside in one of Obsolete Fleet's open top BMMO D9's! Sadly couldn't see which one.

Just seen an 82 87 branded Gemini on Homes under the Hammer it must be an old episode as they don't have branding anymore for that route.

NXC and Johnsons bus on Inside Out I think the E400 for NXC was branded, couldn't tell the type of bus for Johnsons I think it was optare or a Man Evolution if they have these

No. It was an Enviro 200 running the 42 & 87 services like usual.

Oh ok I couldn't tell the NXC bus was blocking the view and the presenter was standing far away from the two buses

Just seen a couple of post's on a Facebook group that Diamond B7RLE 30413 has been in Birmingham City Centre today involved in a filming for a Lloyds TV advert.
