Relaunch for Telford's Route 4 - Possible Sapphire route?

Could this be possibly Telford's first Sapphire route as it reads that way?
Route currently operated by 4 year old Streetlites (14 plates).

Good to see investment continue in Telford.

I don't think they are investing in new vehicles, just refurbishing them.

I wonder what the refurb will entail.
Got the bus for the first time in 2+ years today and noticed that the 4s have USB chargers in-between seats.
What more could be provided?

Sapphire spec perhaps? Change of seats? Might either be keeping the StreetLites on that or redoing the Pulsars to Sapphire spec as they have yet to be refurbished (or most of the 59 plates anyway)?
