Which part of the route does it do? There's a low bridge somewhere isn't there?

Old Oscott, Fortis Academy to Short Heath, Perry Common Road just before it crosses the 65 .
The low bridge it goes under is on the way out of Erdington to/from Great Barr. Only a small bit of it compared to the full route, timetabled to take 15 minutes end to end.

Is that the only part of the route that limits it to single deck? I thought there was more...

Yes Summer Road in Erdington is the only part of the route that limits it to single decks. Not sure why you thought that.

Why doesn't it make sense? One is lwb and one is swb. Perfect sense to me when 2 Streetlites are off the road.
