Title: Rotala share price
Post by: sconehead85 on February 06, 2013, 05:23:50 PM
One aspect of Rotata's activity is the shares it trades for.  According to "busandcoach.com" it is 47p, compared to First and National Express around 220p, Stagecoach 275p and Go Ahead £12.
Arriva/Transdev are foreign owned so not quoted.  While share price isnt everything Rotala's is quite small by comparison.

Those share prices are out of date, as of today closing prices they are as follows:

First Group = 195.3p
Go-Ahead Group = 1332p
National Express Group = 207.5p
Rotala = 46p
Stagecoach = 301.7p

The actual share price for each transport is irrelevant; the share price is determined by the number of shares in issue and the market capitalisation. It's the market cap that determines which is the biggest most valuable group.

Rotala Mkt Cap is £16.2 million on today's closing price, at the half year results nett debt was £16.1 million

Whoops! Apart from the Rotala I got the share prices from busandcoach.com. First and NX down, Stagecoach and Go-Ahead up.
