I spotted a few more pictures of their new King Long vehicles on Flickr the other day. Although I'm still a little unsure about those coaches, it's good to see a company carefully expanding and consolidating its reputation when so many other, long established names are folding.

Yes, was driving behind it last week and it has 2 doors that hinge out and presume it has a ramp as both doors had blue disabled stickers on

Drove past today. All three still unregistered. Two were of the same type as the tri-axle ones that they already own, but wasn't quick enough to see if these too were tri-axle. The other was one of KL's smaller types, the ones with the round lights on the rear. No idea what any of the model designations are - they're far too convoluted for me to bother trying to commit them to memory!

Interesting, though I know they are service agents so could be servicing them for someone. They do most of Greenline's maintenance, I know.

I hope they get to the bottom of the accident quickly. What a relief everyone was wearing safety belts.

Maybe there isn't the demand for extra vehicles.  Why send out an additional vehicle that you have to pay fuel and drivers wages for?

I think you've misunderstood that, what I think was meant is why is a different coach operator running the extra services.

I would think if extra coaches need to be sent out, then there would be the demand for extra vehicles.

Prospect have taken delivery of two brand-new Scania K410C coaches with Higer Touring bodywork, with a third on the way, branded for their Megabus operations. The two that have entered service are PR73 EMA, carrying the name Philebus Fogg, and PR73 KNG, carrying the name King Toot-ankhamun.

In addition, they took delivery of three similar second-hand examples earlier in the year.
