Vehicles seen in service, but not showing on bus times

E006 was on the 3 this morning, heading towards Yardley Wood just after 8:30am on Trittiford Road, but wasn't tracking on BusTimes.

Now I check this evening, it shows as doing a couple of trips on the 6 around midday, but is not tracking properly it seems, looking at the plotting.
