A question for lynx1103 or anybody at Walsall who may know. I'm pretty sure a B10L does a trip on the 77 most weekdays. Is that the case and if so what are the departure times?

Before 1430 was regully allocated to W69-03 this board most likely to be a B7RLE

1430 was on a peak time working of 77 today

It appears 1430 has been put back onto W69/03 every weekday again. It worked the board yesterday and today after having a break on Tuesday (1753 was on W69/03 on Tuesday). Will this allocation to the board stay the same from Sunday when the changes on into effect (Well Mon as the 69 doesn't operate on Sun)?

Been thinking about this, 1430 sticking to this board is nothing to do with the tall driver who works for WA, i know 669 has to be alloocated to one board because its the only bus that he can drive, is 1430 on the 2nd half of his duty or am i barking up the wrong tree.

Ok Stu ;) I looked at the emoticons you used and took it wrong ;) Well that board had B7RLE's during the week up till November and going back tridents and even the 468* ex 997 Gmini's were daily on that board. 4764 did W69/03 once too!

You never know, could be a driver doing the same shift in the middle of the day each day, I don't know whether there would be any difference between 1430 and other B10Ls though. A wild guess, but if WA had a driver who struggles with operating the roller blinds, they might ensure he always has a bus with Hanovers

Its a possibility although whenever I see it during the day say in half term holidays,It still different drivers on the same journeys each day (09:25,11:25,13:25,15:25) but I could see your point possibly being a very possible explanation

You could be right there Matt, as when 1430 wasn't used earlier this week, they didn't substitute another B10L, they used a B7.

I suppose someone like Lynx1103 could answer a question such as that? But B6's and Other B10's have appeared on the same board various times. Plus as I am aware it isn't just a particular driver on the duty and I would imagine the drivers on the Willenhall Rota will be on boards on the 69 that use the B10's with roller blind but as you said its a possibility and the only person who could answer the question is a member from NX (Particually WA Garage). It will be interesting to find out the reason behind 1430 being on W69/03 all of the time as it has been bugging me for some time

I'm probably not right, but it could be something along those lines, given 1430 has that one major difference to WA's other B10Ls, being all Hanover/no paper

A large chunk of running board W69/03 is covered by duty 9540, which is a special duty outside of normal rotas. I'm not sure if this is a fixed line duty, but it involves operating board W41/07 on the 705 school service, then board 311/04 operating a return journey on the 311 before taking over W69/03 from 1419 until end of service.

Thanks for that Notepanel :) Now I finally know why 1430 is always on that particular board ;)

Sometime earlier this week there were a total of 5 double deckers on the 8/89. Is this how many are usually allocated as I know there are two boards that are always trident/E400 operated. There are at least 3 boards that are dd today it 4308,4733 and 4874 all on there
