are omnilinks and enviros starting to become a bit of a normality on the 34? (I hope so)

I hope Enviros are not becoming common on the 34 as the only ones at Walsall are currently double deck (but probably not for long if they are allocated to 34 running boards!)

I gather there is a low bridge on the 34?

Not on the 34, but they interwork with 38s which go along Bridgeman Street

Looking on Google Maps, the bridge on Bridgeman Street is 10'6". Are there any single deckers which won't fit under there? Omnilinks?

Breath in !!

Was that the period before Nationals came back with a vengeance at Walsall?

Not really, as the first train on a Sunday doesn;t leave Walsall until 08:39, so I doubt many were train passengers

Tbh most buses i saw were much busier than a sunday and loadings were closer to normal weekday  service. Alot of services such as 51/X51,61/3,45/7,9,WN 1 and 59 were running with large loadings due to sunday frequencies

Liverpool Street

Bloody Sundays are a pain. They're busier then Saturdays due to reduced service and reduced times. I used to hate them. The times of a Sunday ain't that much different now then the 1980's lol...

One thing Daimler Mercedes Benz are good at is producing excellent Diesel engines, I do miss the sound of the 0405n for all its faults you couldn't knock that 12 litre engine.

It's much better for me where I live now compared to when I lived near Oldbury!

On Sundays, the 120 (which stopped outside my parents house) used to be hourly, same for the 128 which was a short walk away, while the nearby 448 was half-hourly.

Now living in Acocks Green village, I'm blessed with the 37 which is every 10 minutes, the 11 is every 15 minutes, and the 1 is every 20 minutes, while the 31A is every 30 minutes.
My locals:
2 - Birmingham to Maypole | 3 - Birmingham to Yardley Wood
11A/C - Birmingham Outer Circle | 27 - Yardley Wood to Frankley
76 - Solihull to Northfield | 169 - Solihull to Kings Heath

Lucky you!

Mon-Sat, I have past my house a 7/8 minute service (9), a 15 minute service (002) and a 30 minute service (241). On a Sunday, the 9 is every 20 minutes, the 241 every 60 minutes and the 002 doesn't run >:(
