Does this mean the double deckers on the Dudley were just a rumour?

I think so, i know i have said this before, and routes to & from depot are now printed on running boards, but all you need is a driver running late and not thinking and he decides to take a quick route back to garage (as has happened before) and WA have a new single decker bus.
Pensnett is my local garage. Favourite bus of all time is Fleetline 6360 (KON 360P).

Further to your post in 'Noteworthy Workings - September 2015', what is the red box at
Walsall bus station?

Just to let you know it's 4583, also I believe it is the the red box at the entrance of the Walsall BS coming off Hatherton Road where some buses use to park up if there stand if busy.

Have been told the 2nd Cannock X51 has broken down at Bloxwich.

Me & my sister had to rush round to the Bloxwich Road route.

Sister saw a friend on there & her friend told her this.

Yes it has I was on it. It was a bit annoying cos the driver was on the phone for nearly ten mins and two buses past usbefore he said eeveryone off. There was a woman on who missed her connecting train at Walsall she went a bit ape. Lol. I was just about ok got 301 & now on the 4

Wonder if u were on the same Bloxwich Road bus as me & my sister?

I was wearing a brown coat & had a bright green rucksack.

Sister had a scowl as she was moaning about the Nx app not saying it had broken down!

I am a bit confused with the X51's via destination point... "X51 Walsall/Birmingham via Great Barr". It doesn't go to Great Barr... It should display "X51 Walsall/Birmingham via Scott Arms" instead. Who did the destination points? ::)

The Scott Arms is only the name of a pub, which has also been adopted by the shopping centre. It is in Great Barr
