Returned to Brum for the first time in 3 years (by the way, what's going on in Digbeth? Looks virtually unrecognisable now?) And I noticed that 1795 has a weird camera thingy on the rear. Anyone know what it is?

Digbeth is getting the metro, 1795 has cameras looking at the condition of the road I believe.

I've started to see Yardley woods scanias also get these cameras on the top rear. AGs crimson omnilinks seem to have then but red and whites don't

Full marks to NXWM and AG for getting E400s onto the 4 recently, presumably to help with the delays caused by the roadworks at Greet and perhaps to increase capacity during train strikes. Going through Sparkbrook on Wednesday there were four of them together, two going into city, two out of city.

On train strike days, they do seem to try and allocate a few more double decks than normal on to the 4 and 4A.

It was a bit easier this week with the schools off, the 72 could cope with E200MMCs

I see the entire 4/4A was operated with E400MMCs, with only one E200MMC on the 4 being 2217

2 E200MMCs and the Rest Double Decks on the 4/4A is probably easier to do now. However had schools start I don't think this will be possible
