Blokes out changing bus stop flags in City Centre. Saw 10 in Corporation Street going towards Pool Meadow, totem by Council House still has 6, 10, 18 etc on it. Some much for technology allowing instantaneous change.

The Birmingham ones are abit out of date in some places.

4453 has crashed into the bridge at the transport museum and smashed 3 of the glass panes. It was about to be displayed and take part in a event at the museum today. Damage is being assessed to the bridge.

Nine  sections of glass broken, slight damage to the bus, and a large dent in the drivers pride?    https://www.flickr.com/photos/dofartshavelumps/23780740799/in/dateposted/

Temporary bus shelter being delivered opposite old fire station presumably for 21, new timetables for 11 and 20 available in Travel Centre but not on racks in Pool Meadow!

I need to go to the Asda in Brades Lane by the Walsgrave Hospital, i have google mapped it and nearest bus tat goes near it is the 8A. Are they any buses that actually serve it?

@Chris The Bus to Brade Drive, Walsgrave Asda is the 1. The 8 stops at MacDonalds across the road on Wigston Rd.

Alternatively, use De Courcey routes X6, 74 or 703 which go down Hinckley Road upto MacDonalds.

4691 took a detour down Croft Road on the 18A earlier, ended up missing out the stop on Greyfriars Road.

Also saw some posters being changed in Pool Meadow.

A 9A got stuck at the train station earlier, someone had decided to park right next to the first stand. Also a few cars parked opposite the stops, meaning buses couldn't get past one another.

I know there's still work going on in the area, but from what I've seen so far, I really don't think this new bus 'station' is a good design.

Many of the ALX 400's now have a new CCTV  & Smoking Advert on them. Here is an image, similar to the Platinum poster with  man and his broccoli.

Added to the set of adverts is the "Banging Classial" and the Cleaner Hero.

4986s displays are stuck displaying 'Not in service', which I imagine will be fun for the driver(s). 4453s is 'fixed', was on the 1 yesterday.

Another bendy on the 21 today, nice to see them around a bit more.

Though if 2 turn up together, they can block the 48 in :P

The 20 does seem to have a habit of clogging up Trinity Street.
