(21 branded Enviros) on 11 and 12 were at the cost of journeys not operating on the 21, despite 6013 entering the fray.

Yeah, It seems like the 21 is slowly going back to Bendy bus operation.

I'm still remember 6019 is most enter service on the 21 in 2012. Just a bit change sentence and make sure understand it :)

I'm suggests all driver of NXC should be trained on Double Decker, Single Decker, Midibuses and Artics.

Hardly!  As I stated before there are two running boards (maximum) that can have bendibuses on. The regular drivers on the 21 are not bendi trained.

It should be remembered that those two boards are only ones that don't also work peak journeys on route 7 and there is more to operating a route than vehicle type training. Bendy buses need additional space at stops and the ability for passengers to alight from the rear door onto an adjacent pavement. The interworking with another route brings sensible operational efficiencies aligned to passenger loadings.

Over the last two days 2 breakdowns of the enviro400's at Coventry been noted, are this batch of enviro400 not that reliable as I saw a 51 branded enviro broken down in Walsall a couple of weeks back.
