The next round of changes is set for the end of October, affecting Cannock and Stafford in particular:

Had an email update today from Staffordshire CC:

"From 29 October 2018
•   Services 25 / 26 (Arriva Midlands, Cannock - Pye Green Circular) - Revised timetable.
•   Service 63 (Arriva Midlands, Cannock - Rugeley) - Revised timetable.
•   Service 74 (Arriva Midlands, Stafford - Cannock) - Revised route (in Stafford town centre) and timetable.
•   Services 75 / 75A (Arriva Midlands, Stafford - Cannock) - Revised route and timetable. 75A journeys will now operate via Shoal Hill during the day. Evening journeys via Rickerscote will be renumbered as 75B."

Looks like there will be a 75 and 75A running during the day (perhaps in sequence 75, 75A, 75, 75A?) and the evening (or should I say late afternoon!) will be 75B.

Hope the timetables are out earlier than the April ones.

It's getting worse with Arriva not updating the website sooner, for whatever reason they didn't want to provide, apart from it being "difficult". It never used to be a problem so why now?

No, think all daytime journeys are 75A via Shoal Hill, evening journeys now 75B and anything else just the 75 so AM Peak, PM peak etc.

Well only in that is goes straight down the main road, think the variant is going round the estate like the 21 did.

15 percent of Cannocks fleet upgraded...wow 😂😂😂😂😂. Cutting the (failing) network further to give it a good base to grow from? Grow where? What possible opportunities are there for Cannock to grow? Passenger numbers are declining.....

Bob

And the pulsars are to be given plug sockets for charging. Theyre now used on Pye Greens. Not interurban services. Absolutely what is the point of shoving plug sockets on buses that are used for short local circulars where people are passengers for a few mins at a time? None of them work on the supposed premium Sapphire interurban route so they should maybe deal with that?

It's really confusing... why is the 75A now the "normal" daytime service? Imagine the older people waiting at a bus stop more confused than me. At least there's no changes to the 74, looks like the times are the same too.

Also there's no key for the 'S' and 'NS' day codes on the 75 timetables. I am assuming they mean Saturday and not Saturday? I know that school days are usually 'Sch' and 'NSch' but not everyone would.

The revised timetable on the Arriva website has 'NS' and 'S' codes on the relevant journeys on the 75A.
