Suprised to see a First Bristol branded 1 Whiteladies Road E400MMC on the Aston Expressway working rail replacement in Birmingham. Could be a regular thing but just seemed unusual

I cannot remember the name of the entity, but First has set up a sub company which is utilising surplus buses in Bristol for Rail Replacement work. There is / was also some Bristol vehicles being used on the Isle of Wight, and in South Wales.

I believe its run by First Travel Solutions (the former Rail Rep/Olympics unit)
