6833 broke down in Broad St in-bound about 1630 this afternoon preventing trams getting past from Edgbaston Village and causing chaos. I was on 1938 on the 12A and passengers were getting off and walking.

4474 on the 97 today was making loud noises from its transmission - a rythmic knocking from propshaft or gearbox output. Sounded rather terminal.

Upstairs lights on the passenger side at the front there is a gap and wires are showing and the yellow plug which I believe if is unplugged will stop all the lights on the passenger side upstairs working.

The front blind display was hanging down on the drivers side, when driver moved the blinds was wobbling. I did report to driver and he looked at it but carried on with service.
