I've been told there are no service changes due to the 142 after the end of service on Saturday 2nd September, or any time in the near future.

QuoteThanks for the e mail.

It passed me on the Coventry Road heading towards Sheldon, about 8:25am. If it hadn't had S1 on the rear display I'd have been none the wiser!
My locals:
2 - Birmingham to Maypole | 3 - Birmingham to Yardley Wood
11A/C - Birmingham Outer Circle | 27 - Yardley Wood to Frankley
76 - Solihull to Northfield | 169 - Solihull to Kings Heath

Sorry to sound thick here, but didn't Central withdraw it because they couldn't make it pay, and yet have now registered it commercially. So what was the point of it all, did Central want to give it up hoping to win any tender so they could receive money for running it, now they haven't got the tender they want the service back?

@Tony Surely there should be some rule stopping you from doing this, especially after wasting so many peoples time.

You don't sound thick at all, it's the question many members of this forum want to know. So nx just got Sunday and evenings?
