Could anyone be able to clarify what vehicle that is and where it's based?

Preserved ex Southdown Northern Counties bodied Leopard I think

My guess would be Southdown 465, PUF165H, a 1969 Leyland Leopard PSU3/3RT with Northern Counties DP49F bodywork.

Oh ok only yesterday I saw a green vehicle south Devon vehicle similar to the vehicle on the photo. It had a txx number plate I think.
