17 was Delivered  back in December 2013 i remember being there in the rain has passed into the depot all wrapped up in white sheeting.

It was not until early 2014 that it made a few test runs on the mainline (only very few in day light hours)  with the arrival of a few more  urbos 3s  17 was confined to the depot has a static test bed
but did make a few more mainline runs again during daylight hours in the summer of 2014
you had to be out on the right day to see it , this gain was just for a few days testing only ( I have photos some were )

Monday June 6th 2016 was 17s first run into Grand central and has since then been running on its fault free mileage  accumulation testing Monday /Friday .

Over the weekend 17 was parked in front of T69 16 ,    Today it was out running again back in the depot at 13.10

Centro has a report saying tram 17 was delivered October 2013.

17 is out on test again today. Notices on the windows mentioning 'endurance testing'.

It's true and fair enough point though and it's probably quicker to walk than catch the tram from wsg to pipers row.

Have Harborne Services go to the Markets, like the 103 (now 24) - but with all the Harborne Corridor. i.e. 22, 23, 24 (obviously), 29/A... Under a different number, of course...

Alternatively, introduce service 25. Markets to Weoley Castle, via Colmore Row, Augustus Road, then Harborne (via Westfield Road), Welsh House Farm, Quinton, West Boulevard, Bartley Green, Kitwell, then back round Bartley Green.

This now happens stops on bridge close to markets outbound journey since 2015

Whilst I completely understand your point you have to remember that destination blinds can only show so much at once. Birmingham and Wolverhampton is more informative for a visitor to an area than the older alternatives.

When works start on Pinifold St up to the town hall,  who ever Centro gets to lay the track should work around the clock as there are no houses and the shops close by 6pm.  So there is no one to annoy.

3 years on. How right was I? It was pretty clear back then that there was little chance of the extension being completed on time. Hopefully Centro and it's successor have learnt a few lessons that will keep the Centenary Square extension on schedule once actual construction starts.

regards Broad St ext: As the Frankfurt Market starts mid November 2016 they will stop work because of of safety concerns then wait to winter 2017 to restart then same will happen come christmas 2017 till they open late 2019.

i have seen speed signs on the new ropute from Bull St saying 15 for 15 KPH as i don't the speed of the tram is a factor.

Well they're doing work on the grassy bit on the end of snowhill 2. Maybe this is stairs related to the rail station

surely would'nt it have easier to get that parts ordered and shipped as both MM and Edinburgh tram uses the same tram.
