Spotted matt this afternoon in dudley, also a spotter watching a bus video on the WN1 this evening.

Yes I saw you at the last second, where were you going on the 87? 8)

Only tesco haha :)

I was a little distracted by 1633 which was parked in the corner displaying 297E to Merry Hill...

Yeah, i noticed that. Any idea why it was there ?

I thought it was the staff bus at first, but there was nobody on board, then the driver got out and went on the phone, no idea what happened after that as 1632 arrived for my 244 home.

Met a couple of enthusiasts in Sutton Coldfield today, they were jotting down fleetnumbers.

Also, a question for Tony. Was it you sat on board 4845 on the 33 at around 9am yesterday (saturday)

No I haven't been on a bus yesterday or today, I have two days in the Urban Traffic Control room watching traffic flows, so just walk here from New Street station

A couple of enthusiasts were on 104 on the 257 with me this morning.

Also, a young lad took a photo of 104 about to leave Dudley on the 11:45 257.

One thing Daimler Mercedes Benz are good at is producing excellent Diesel engines, I do miss the sound of the 0405n for all its faults you couldn't knock that 12 litre engine.
