Anybody else go to Showbus from the forum today? Saw Trainbasher,Spotted Trident 4370 aboard 121 (Green Bus),Possibly Rob and of course Tony :)

I was just seeing if it had lasted well since the NEC last year! In total I saw you and Matt (tried saying hi but Matt was heading away!), definitely saw Tony there (and again at YW later, returning the Daimler), I also saw Mr Boddice there with his gorgeous Enviro 300 and I saw wmtlynx. Didn't see anybody in a blues top though ;)

There was someone in Dudley this afternoon, about half twelve, photo-ing and noting fleet numbers.

Tony,

I'm still not sure what you look like exactly, but was it you with Revenue Protection on the Stratford Road in Sparkbrook this evening? If so, you may have inspected my pass on the 37 around 17:20  :D

Dom, I wouldn't really describe you as a "man in cap"

I keep forgetting to post it, but I saw several spotters in Moor Street around 11am on Saturday morning. One guy with a cap and notebook, another pair standing in between the carriageways roughly opposite the 16/82/87 stand, and couple of old guys

Kevin

Obviously multiple spotter points for everyone yesterday, but I noted one person in particular that I recognize from Speedway, used to see him when I used to be a regular at Perry Barr and I've noticed him at various running days at Wythall / Aston Manor, saw him at Acocks Green yesterday as well which prompted this post. He's got curly hair and glasses, looks possibly 40-ish, tall-ish (description wonderfully vague for someone I've seen a number of times, I know), anyone on here?
Now in exile in Oxfordshire....

One thing Daimler Mercedes Benz are good at is producing excellent Diesel engines, I do miss the sound of the 0405n for all its faults you couldn't knock that 12 litre engine.
