Is anyone aware of the likely timescale for trams to start appearing in the new blue livery and new branding? Presumably the work will be done in- house.

They may wait and repaint each tram when having batteries fitted.

18 has batteries fitted so why hasn't this been painted into the blue as well

Didn't 18 have batteries before it changed hands though?

yes think it was the first one to be done

Dom

Tram 18 spent 12 weeks  having the batteries fitted. The aim is that over the next few weeks there is to be a consistent run of trams being vinyled into the blue livery.

Has any other trams be updated as it seems so far only tram 31.

Ginger66

How will they get round the named trams as the old t69s had proper name plates while new newer trams have stickers.

Probably just get some new stickers made

How come none of the tram have all over ads like Nottingham & Blackpool have

Ginger66

Seems very slow to update rest of fleet in blue livery.

How long did it take todo tram 31 into blue as couldn't they do it on Sunday as they use about 7/8 trams so could do a few on Sunday if they are vinyl wraps

CL

Tram 21 still has its Network West Midlands logos applied.
