Anyone had the message about only showing one card else you get charged twice?

My card is nowhere near my other cards, but I get the message on a regular basis!

What message? They've got notices about it on most buses across the NXWM fleet.

I've noticed an issue where your pass scans flashes green then as soon as you take it off it flashes red and says 'Present One Card'. Not sure if this is the issue you're noticing.
