Is it the same machine as Diamond?

No. It is a bespoke one designed specifically for NXWM by a different supplier (INIT in Germany)

NX ticket machines have a seperate machine for the ticket printer, card reader and ticket machine.
Diamond also have a qr code scanner for return tickets on theres that NX don't have, that and the ticket printer, card reader and ticket machine are all in one on Diamonds machines.

Overheard AG drivers are getting ticket machine training yesterday, is it not long before they get there new machines now then?

According to a post by Tony, the ticket fitting team are at YW so I would imagine AG is probably next.

Does that mean then all garages will have been completed once AG has the new INIT machines installed @Tony?

Has BC had its remainder of Buses done? As the Platniums were done so the X1 could accept contactless, not forgetting the new batch of Platniums.

Ok Tony thank you, wasn't completely sure if AG was the last garage or not

Anyone else noticing that with these new ticket machines some buses are leaving a minute early? Like, it might say "on time" on the machine but the live time things on the bus stop still show a minute before

Yeah, you're allowed to drop a minute.
