Hi everyone,
The construction of Coventry Arena Rail Station is complete but is not open yet. Does anyone any details as to why and when it will open.
I did see it on Saturday and it had everything there.
Also, when will Bermuda Park open?
Thanks for any information anyone can give.

Thanks @Stu . For some reason, the link didn't want to include the end bit in my post...

No problem! 'Strange' characters in a URL will sometimes confuse SMF when auto creating hyperlinks. The solution is to just use the url BBCode tags like so:

[url]http://www.centro.org.uk/about-us/news/2016/new-railway-stations-open-under-£136m-scheme/[/url]

...then it will display correctly.  ;)

Further technical tip, you can also use the url tags to 'name' your link, like so:

[url=http://www.centro.org.uk/about-us/news/2016/new-railway-stations-open-under-£136m-scheme/]New rail stations in Coventry finally open[/url]

which displays as New rail stations in Coventry finally open

Hope that is of help to others!  ;D

Sorry @Stu but am more confused than ever, but then that's me  :-\ :-\ :-\
Pensnett is my local garage. Favourite bus of all time is Fleetline 6360 (KON 360P).

The Network Rail Abbreviations for  the 2 new stations are as follows.
Coventry Arena - CAA
Bermuda Park - BEP

You can buy tickets to and from the stations from the National Rail Enquires Website but is not currently on the Train Tracker.

I know that the 56 day registration period only applies to bus services, but to announce on a Friday that two railway stations will open the following Monday is very poor.

Does anyone know why such short notice?

JoNi

Next train (and the first) from Coventry to Coventry Arena is 06:04 Monday morning!
