Under what normal circumstances would Diamond have '31 Leamore via Bloxwich ' on the display,  as I just saw one in Bloxwich?

I  assume it was driver error on this occasion?

If a bus needs to turn short at Leamore?

Where would he 'turn short' at Leamore anyway?

Years ago,  it would've been Green Lane, but the only place I could think of would involve Harden Road & Broadstone Avenue.

To the lights, right,  right Somerfield Road, to Bloxwich

The 31 has blinds for Mossley, Walsall, Bloxwich and the NX Garage, there isn't a Leamore one. Any idea what vehicle it is, as it may have an outdated set on there?

Why would diamond have blinds to turn short at WA garage

It was a B7LRE or the similar model that Diamond uses.

Didn't get the number.

Oh, I'd assume they were starting back from Leamore as well in service?

If for some reason the bus was running late it may need to be adjusted, most likely to be achieved by running short. Running short can get bus back on time to ensure it gets back to Walsall for scheduled relief time

In other news, some more Hotel Hoppa spec 70 plate Streetlites are set to enter service at Tividale in the near future, I'm told they're likely to end up on the 63/64/65 in Wolverhampton. If I find out the registrations/fleet numbers, I'll post them here.

20183 (BX70 GHF) is the first Hotel Hoppa spec Streetlite on the road at Tividale, it's on the 74 in Walsall today for anyone that wants to get it.

Update: 20184 is on the 23, which goes onto the 310 later.

It's still new buses that are being used, along with the other brand new ones that have been delivered.

I went on 32313 yesterday and I must say I'm very impressed with the quality of interior in this.
