Well I do know from having worked at Diamond they have got a dim view when it comes to any of there drivers eating while driving

No, The current 4 is full size vehicles (Usually B7RLE's with both bodyworks). The 4H will be the same. The 4 is every 15 atm, every other bus will just extend as a 4H

The following Eclipse Volvos are due to be transferred from Diamond NW to Tividale once the 5 ex London Deckers arrive at Diamond NW.

Also 2 Scanias are coming south to Tividale from Diamond NW but Simon has told me they are not due to be going into service. And their future use has not been chosen yet. But I think they will probably end up going to Wessex?

Oh dear, seems a bit too far to sack the driver for that reason...

What about drinking water in the driver's cab? Is that sackable for any bus company?
