Tridents 4413 and 4406 back out today, although 4406 has already failed in town centre. Judging by number of buses being driven by mechanics its not the only bus in trouble.

It was on time after missing a trip to Wood End, which I can't prove because the vehicle position information is not shown for the 21 on Bustimes.org
I posted picture on Facebook of van in attendance that brought engineer to resuscitate 4406.
What's more important is passengers who waited over 20 minutes weren't left behind by following bus which only had 7 people on board coming back from Wood End.
Grant Shapps indicated in one of the daily government briefing sessions that endeavours would be made to have journey loading information on Apps such as Citymapper which should take the stress out of waiting when there has been a gap in service!
The regular policeman on foot patrol said good morning and I exchanged usual morning wave with WPC in van.

Yes, a bus missed half a trip through a mechanical problem. It happens to every operator every day of the week. Not really a need for the over the top reply

833 is in service today at CV.

I believe this is its first day in use there despite transferring two months ago.

It did run this morning, but just went outside the house to take picture of it to see 873 going past not in service!

Wasn't there going 3 b7s going from PN to WN with 3 E200s going the other way when the big changes in west Dudley happened?

Also is one of the 67** still at PN?

4423 is also out, they are the only two Volvos in use at CV today.
The only vehicles not currently taxed at CV are
4660; 4666; 4669; 4677; 4775; 4890; 4892; 7539
all others are available for service if needed

So most of the fleet is available now - obviously a few of those are off the road; 4677 with fire damage, 4890/2 in paint and 7539 at Plaxtons.

Likewise to what has happened in Wolverhampton there is going to be a number of stop changes in Coventry from 14th June in the hope of assisting social distance measures.

Impressively they are resolving the few groans I have had since the review last year, such as the Fenside bound 3/3A not stopping anywhere near Pool Meadow although they do stop at the start of Trinity Street most of the time on a hush hush unload only basis, it will use a new stop outside the Old Fire Station.
Also resolved is my past moan about the Primark stop which gains 10A to Westwood but loses service 10 (which supposedly combined with 11 to Earlsdon), the 10A obviously combines better with the 11/87 to Warwick Rd and Central Six, 87 to Kenilworth Rd, Canley Crematorium and Cannon Park shops. The 10 is moving to a new stop on Corporation St to join with the 4 and 6/6A towards Till Hill which also moves here.
