What are the easiest routes and also the quietest routes that operate from Tividale?

The 41A/64/40 are good from West Brom to Wednesbury.

16W is quick route and direct

Do you know what direct means?

16W
The 16W does keep to the main roads though forget the usual stupid comment from me I do find it quicker from the Hockley Flyover to West Bromwich than the 74 and less crowded and easier to change to either operators 4H outside Sandwell Hospital.

There is a Streetlite at Tividale in the two-tone base paint for the West Midlands Bus livery, I believe it's to replace the off-lease B7RLEs on the 31/32, but I could be mistaken.

Any views/comments are my own and do not reflect those of my employer.

It may be Streetlite 32240 SL16YPJ (ex Wrightbus Demo was on long term loan to Arriva Southern Counties), that is due to receive WMB livery & will replace a 13 plate B7RLE to return off lease.

or it could be an existing Streetlites (ex Redditch) & will be in WMB base livery potentially for the 40.

Yep, I've just seen a photo and it is that one from Arriva.

Streetdeck 40714 (ex Wrightbus Demo / long-term loan to Arriva SC with 32240) has only very recently arrived at Bolton, I think that may have also been prep'd / painted at Tividale prior to heading north:

I guess it will be the Signature Streetlite's which will be repainted into WMB livery & sent to Tividale (Depending on how many vehicles are required for the 40)

30813 on 4H. I hope it's as good as what it was when it left

32307/32309 seem to have disappeared. Perhaps they're away for repaint...
