Who will be operating the 53? Have NXWM got it? Or is the service being scrapped completely, as it always seem to mostly be empty when I see at various locations.

So with the routes they are losing that must be about another 12 buses less at tividale, they seem to be losing quite a few this year.

Evergreen Coaches is the rumour and it will be going to Birmingham City Centre rather than Erdington from October

NX seem keen to expand in the WM and their commercial department are getting quite creative at linking tenders in to existing commercial journeys.

Rotala's Manchester ops are now already slightly bigger than the combined Diamond WM ops (Tividale/Tamworth/Kidderminster & Redditch), before any further Pvr losses due to October TfWM tender round.

Is that a good idea? I mean the 53 mostly carries little to no passengers as it is and there are more frequent services that you can use instead of the 53 for example the 66 is every 20 minutes and runs with the 53 between Erdington and Nechells. The 94 stops near the 53 Smiths Wood terminus while the 14 and 55 serve Glebe Farm and Shard End respectively.

Isn't that one of the Thandi operations?

21211 on 4H. Must have replaced 30969, or the driver wanted a nice mellor to drive on his last duty of the day with a bit of music

Courtesy of Rotala - another 9 vehicles were damaged in last nights fire. All look to be already withdrawn in storage.

Mellor on 002. It seems that whenever a bus needs replacing they always have one of these spare?
