This most certainly is NOT on the 96 today.
I have observed 34816, 36208 & 36210 on the route today.

36208 transferred from Nuneaton to Rugby. Not the best ideas seeing as Nuneaton's route changes have upped the PVR...
Quote from: DeanM66A on September 06, 2017, 10:38:24 PMSpeaking of double deckers, new route X44 seems to be worked by deckers all the time. Hardly necessary, as the most crowded bus I've yet seen had 4 passengers!
Thanks for the answer. That seems to give strength to the "whatever's left" theory. Now the schools are back, presumably there'llbe fewer double deckers available.

What should be on the RL1? I thought it was a "whatever's left" allocation. Does the appearance of a Solo indicate that the novelty of the Lakes is wearing off?

The '58' and '09' plates at WA in Red/White haven't been painted since new apart from 1896 which was fully repainted and refurbed in late 2013. The '57' plates were repainted in 2014/5.
Quote from: Jack on August 31, 2017, 08:35:47 PMKind of strange how bad most of these Scanias look. When was the last time they were painted?
The same for 1837. I'm guessing WA want all their Omnilinks to be Crimsoned ASAP. 1860 doesn't look that bad. 1855 was a mess and 1853 and 1878 look terrible.

It's been at Northampton for a week now, it left Nuneaton last Wednesday. Nuneaton have 39699 now and it was on 5/5As yesterday, but today was on its originally intended routes (55/56/57).
