One thing Daimler Mercedes Benz are good at is producing excellent Diesel engines, I do miss the sound of the 0405n for all its faults you couldn't knock that 12 litre engine.

Typical NXWM, its first time in use and it's on the wrong route!

And the award for the worst positioned Offside mirror goes to...

Same place as the BC ones, and I found it spot on!

I'm on about the fact only half of the actual mirror is in the window, so you'll have to "duck" down to see the whole of it.

But ey, different strokes for different folks!

No, that is the windscreen wash filler. The camera is by the wing mirror

Perry barr's Private CG, where does it go, as I've seen down by the aston expressway, new street stn? + were does it start from ?

The works bus for Cap Gemini in Aston (Avenue Road). Me dad used to work for them so I know a fair bit of the history of the route. It started as a shuttle bus between the various sites of the company (where it is now, plus offices the other side of Aston Cross, Waterlinks House on the ring road and Five Ways) and the city centre. Over the years they've scaled back a bit and I think now only have Avenue Road, but still have the shuttle bus. It runs from Avenue Road itself not the bus stop on Aston Road North, then seemingly chooses its own route to town either via Corporation Street or cuts down the side of Dartmouth Circus via Hubert Street and Chester Street, onto the ring road, Jennens Road into the city centre (in fact I've even seen it come out onto Great Lister Street and through Aston Uni), does a loop round town via New Street, Paradise Circus and Snow Hill then back out via Dartmouth Circus, Aston Cross, Rocky Lane and Chester Street to Avenue Road again.

Usually see it on me way into town from work on the 65/67 and occasionally on me way to work as well, near enough always an Omnilink but have saw a 33 branded Enviro a few weeks ago. Must have money to burn because after all these years they still pay for the service despite from what I can tell hardly anyone using it (unless the one at kicking out time 5pm is rammed)

Thanks Kevin, always wondered what it did an now I know(:, when I see it, its usually pretty empty.

Do you know the times it departs from the Avenue an its loop round town ?

I usually see it about quarter to 6 just leaving CG, no idea what the rest of the times are meant to be but somewhere around then would be a good bet
