Have Citaro's (30019 and 30030) returned to service?

Interesting you should mention these vehicles - 30030 (BF60 OFA) is on the 57 this morning in Redditch. I haven't seen this vehicle for a long, long time.
Also this morning - PO58 KPU, the newly acquired Volvo B7RLE/Optare Esteem, is on the 58 in Redditch. I couldn't see a fleet number anywhere on the outside of the vehicle.

PO58KPU was out in service on the 55 yesterday, complete with paper route number & is also missing a side LED display:

It's a pity more of the Diamond fleet are turned out with paintwork like that

Isn't it not meeting DDA requirements because it's missing a side display?

The two Royales that are still going in black (30825/30826, more 30825) are looking horrendous now. 30825 has loads of dents and has no logos to say it's a Diamond bus. Why did Diamond stop repainting the Royales. It's a shame 30825/6 can't look as smart as Redditch's new Esteem.

I think that's the case without a side display.

It's always the case that new used acquisitions / transfers take priority for repainting i.e. all the influx of Euro 5 Solo's ex GHA / Regal Busways & others etc. The existing Diamond fleet then gets neglected, there are loads of buses with dented skirt panels / scrapes / long term missing / mismatched logo's etc. There are still buses with Blue Diamond & Green Diamond (DBNW) logo's

There's still Black Diamond logos on 30211...

There's still an 02 plate MPD in black diamond livery and fleet names

There's about two MPD's still with full Black Diamond logos, about 8 MPD's are left in Black Diamond.

When did the 28A have to Euro 5 buses?
Does the buses on the 28A go on to do the peak 50's?

Tender Specification. Since Diamond got it back, in April 2017.

To solve the problem over what tenders required

Tenders specified since April 2017 have had in them that they must give a price for non Euro V as well as Euro V

They were all assessed on the Euro V price

They were all let on the Euro V price with the condition that Euro V is allocated to the routes within 6 months
No.
Peak 50's will be back at Tividale now as well, as the 34 and 69 went back.

Who won the 34 and 69 tender ?
Think you got the 34 and 36 mixed up.
Igo won the tender for the 36 (Heartlands Hospital - Acocks Green Sparkbrook) and 69 (Shirley - Kings Heath - Brandwood Park Road).
Igo also won the tender for the 38 (Northfield to Selly Oak).
The 34 wasn't up for tender.
