Rotala Plc have this afternoon announced a placing to raise £2.4 Million before costs via the issue of new shares.

£800k of the funds raised will be used to re-develop the land opposite Hallbridge Way, Tividale in to the new main depot, whilst Redditch Plymouth Road will have expanded maintenance facilities & parking areas to increase capacity & allow Church Rd depot to be vacated.

The remainder of the funds raised will be used to make Bolt-on acquisitions to existing businesses

All but one Wigan Coachways services cancelled today. Presumably they will re-appear on another licence shortly.

The vehicles and routes have already moved in to Atherton, I believe they are currently working 'on hire to Diamond NW'
