Service 85 - Withdrawn!
Service 85S - Revised Timetable to improve punctuality
Service 585 - Additional Mon-Fri journeys at: "0720 1435 1505 1650 1705 1720 1755 and 1815 ex Cov Rail Stn, and 0755 1610 1630 1725 1755 and1905 ex Hospital"
Service 585A - 0648 ex Rugby retimed 10 mins earlier. New 0810 ex Coventry journey on Saturdays
Service 585B - 1024 ex Rugby retimed to 1030. Saturday journeys from Rugby retimed 6 minutes later
Service 703 - Revised timetable to interwork with the 60 service

With the withdrawal of the 85, suppose the 585 group of services could be renumbered 85 etc - is there any logic keeping them in the 5xx series.

They were new for the P&R south service and I think TDC were a bit miffed when the contract was lost. I assume they will still use the same recharging point at the Memorial park on the Uni service?

585 is about the last vestige of Midland Red numbers in Coventry others have changed 735 (was 737), 539 and 580 have replaced a number of previous routes.

Looking at MDC new timetable the additional 585's from Cov station in the pm are a bit of a con! They do not go through to Rugby and still turn round at Cov Hospital. So really they are still running 85's. It is going to cause confusion with the punters. Bet the poor drivers will get some stick.

I think the 585 has more deckers on the route since the timtable change?
